Order in Council 95/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. O.21, as amended,

Janet Hope

Who was re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“Corporation”) by Order in Council O. C. 1815/2015 dated December 16, 2015,

And who was re-designated as Chair of the Corporation by Order in Council O. C. 1970/2013 dated December 11, 2013,

And whose term as a member and as Chair of the Corporation expired on December 31, 2017,

Is hereby re-appointed as a member and re-designated as Chair of the Corporation to hold office at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term commencing on the date of the execution of this Order in Council and ending no later than the 31 st day of December, 2019.
