Order in Council 1022/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

is appointed as Negotiations Team Chair in support of the negotiations between the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and the Ontario Medical Association to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective as of August 8, 2018 or the date that this order in council is approved and ordered, whichever is later, and for a period not extending past March 31, 2019.
