On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 3 of the Business Number Regulation, B.C. Reg. 388/2003, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

o) the registration number issued to the entity under the Employer Health Tax Act .

Section 4 is amended by adding the following:

Employer Health Tax Act .
