OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister assigned responsibility for the Insurance Act dated July 31, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 16AA and 159 of
Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting mandatory filing of automobile insurance rates in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 1, 2008.
