On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Workers Compensation Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

1 The Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended in each of the provisions referred to in Column 1 below by striking out, wherever it appears, the amount listed in Column 2 opposite that provision and substituting the corresponding amount in Column 3:
