B.C. Reg. 164/2005, deposited March 23, 2005, pursuant

to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

[Section 26]. Order in Council 332/2005, approved and ordered March 22, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective

May 1, 2005, the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended in

Schedule A, in

sections 8 (1) (

b) and 9 (b), by striking out "$85" and

substituting "$95".
