Order in Council 948/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 ,

Monique Rolf von den Baumen-Clark , Deputy Minister

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective July 12, 2021, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of July 11, 2023 and the date she ceases to be a deputy minister.
