OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 31, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Cheryl Conrad of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 94-821 dated October 11, 1994, while employed with the Department of Justice; and (
b) appoint Cheryl A. Hinckley of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
