For the purpose of compiling a jury list for the judicial centre of

Corner Brook

, the jury list shall be complied, in addition to those eligible persons living within 25 kilometres of the judicial centre of

Corner Brook

, so as to include all those eligible persons living in

a) Lark

Harbour

b) Pasadena

(

c) York

Harbour

(

d) Hughes Brook; and

(

For the purpose of compiling a jury list for the judicial centre of Grand Falls-Windsor, the jury list shall be complied, in addition to those eligible persons living within 25 kilometres of the judicial centre of Grand Falls-Windsor, so as to include all those eligible persons living in

(1)For the purpose of compiling a jury list for the judicial centre of St. John's under

section 11 of the Jury Act, 1991

, the geographic radius outlined in subsection 11(1) of the Act shall not apply.

(2) The jury list for trials to be held in the Trial Division sitting at the judicial centre of St. John's shall be drawn so as to include all those eligible persons who reside within the boundaries of the following areas only:

, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 780/96, is repealed.
