OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 4, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to amend Order in Council 2015-128, dated April 14, 2015, by striking out paragraph (

b) and replacing it with the following paragraph: “(

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to a purchaser for a purchase price which may be up to $15,000 below its appraised market value; and”
