OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 19, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 88 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, and

Chapter 70 of the said Revised Statutes, as amended, the Civil Service Act is pleased, effective December 19, 2002, to amend Order in Council 1999-81, dated March 3, 1999, to the following effect: (

a) revoke the designation of F.A. (Tony) Martin as a deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act; (

b) affirm all existing contractual obligations to F.A. (Tony) Martin, with the exception of his designation as a deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act; and (

c) designate F.A. (Tony) Martin as a deputy head for the purposes of calculation of pension entitlement pursuant to the Public Service Superannuation Act.
