OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated January 26, 2006, pursuant to

Section 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Health to enter into a Provincial/Territorial agreement that provides for an indemnity on behalf of Nova Scotia in support of the Canadian Blood Services (CBS) Excess Liability Insurance Program; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Health to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order, to be effective on and after February 10, 2006.
