OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 25, 2004, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement with respect to Crown land at Greenfield, Queens County, at the approximate location shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Harry Freeman and Son Limited, a body corporate having its head office at Greenfield, Queens County, and Harry Freeman II of Greenfield, Queens County, their heirs, successors and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $750.00 with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $500.00 per hectare by the total area of the Crown land occupied by the easement, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
