On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Workers Compensation Act is amended in accordance with the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended in each of the provisions referred to in Column 1 below by striking out, wherever it appears, the amount listed in Column 2 opposite that provision and substituting the corresponding amount in Column 3:
