OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 18, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 4 of the
Chapter 189 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Public Trustee to manage unclaimed remains in the Province of Nova Scotia, with such authority as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to the Report and Recommendation, effective as of the date of this Order.
