Order in Council 71/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , His Worship Gregory J. Fantino , a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the Toronto Region for a fixed term of three years, effective February 21, 2025.
