OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Steel Corporation Act dated December 18, 2003, pursuant to subsection 8(1) of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, is pleased, effective December 31, 2003, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Howard Windsor as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2001-46 dated February 2, 2001; and (

b) appoint Vicki Harnish of Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of Sydney Steel Corporation.
