OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 1, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into the National Disaster Mitigation Program Amending Contribution Agreement Number 1 in the form and including all Schedules, as set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and after April 16, 2019.
