Order in Council 376/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(6) of the Courts of Justice Act , the Honourable Justice David Michael Gibson, a provincial judge, be appointed the regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the Northwest Region for a fixed term of three years, effective June 12, 2021.
