Order in Council 1371/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 287/2023, made March 2, 2023, Mohammad Faisal Siddiqi was reappointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal; And

whereas Mohammad Faisal Siddiqi has resigned; Therefore Order in Council O.C. 287/2023 be revoked effective September 28, 2025.
