Order in Council 191/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act , as amended,

Teepu Shaheed Khawja of Mississauga

be reappointed as the Chief, Emergency Management Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond April 20, 2025, effective February 23, 2023.
