Order in Council 1242/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1476/2020 dated October 29, 2020, reappointing Sandra Shime as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective September 3, 2022.
