OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated December 3, 1998, pursuant to subsections (1), (2), (3) and (5) of

Section 151, to subsection (2) of

Section 152 and to subsections (1) and (2) of

Section 153 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Jim Neville of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term of office commencing January 1, 1999 and ending December 30, 2001; and (

b) determine the remuneration of Jim Neville to be at the rate of $150.00 for each day spent in attendance at a meeting of the Board, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
