Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to approve of an amendment made by the Minister of Business and Consumer Services to the regulations respecting commercial vehicle drivers' hours of work made by the Minister of Transportation and Communications and approved by Order in Council 90-946 dated July 31, 1990, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
