OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 21, 2011, and pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, consisting of two parcels being portions of PID #00876235 and PID #65140808 and being, respectively, 0.149 hectares more or less and 1.024 hectares more or less, of lands situate, lying and being at or near Linacy, Pictou County, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, the said expropriation being for the public purpose of the construction of a public highway.
