Order in Council 1283/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, Rodney Cook of Whitby be nominated for reappointment to the Council of Governors of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, as the governor who is representative of Ontario.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 835/2025 dated June 26, 2025 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
