OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 11, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Kevin V. Mason of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-10, dated January 11, 2000; and (

b) appoint Kevin V. Mason of Windsor, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Hants Community Hospital.
