OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 28, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Economic Development to enter into an agreement with Halifax Regional Municipality and Trade Centre Limited regarding the 2008 Men's World Hockey Championships substantially in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
