Order in Council 1007/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Allison Peddle of Brampton, appointed by O.C. 1119/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Respiratory Therapy Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1119/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
