OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated May 4, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 7B and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended by

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2001, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the amendment to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #1, by striking out the Appendix "A" attached to the report and recommendation for Order in Council 2001-447, dated September 12, 2001, and substituting the Appendix "A" to By-law #1 contained in the

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to be effective on, from and after June 2, 2005.
