OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated June 6, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Public Works entering into an Agreement for Highway 101 Cambridge Interchange and Connector Roads with Transport Canada concerning the provision of financial support by Transport Canada for the construction of a new grade-separated interchange on Highway 101, with connector roads north and south located between Exit 14 and Exit 15, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix II attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not change the nature of the Agreement.
