On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 27(2) and 27(5) of the Human Rights Code , Ena Chadha of Brampton be reappointed as full-time member and re-designated as Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission on an interim basis effective July 22, 2021, for a fixed term of three months or ending when a new Chief Commissioner is appointed, whichever occurs first.
