Order in Council 324/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7 (6) of O. Reg. 357/20 made under the Development Corporations Act , and paragraph 1 of Order in Council O.C. 303/2021, Elyse Allan, Chair, Invest Ontario, shall be paid remuneration at the rate of $90,000 per year during the first year in that position.
