OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated March 11, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 68 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Nancy Ann Cochrane of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the list of persons eligible to be designated as Chair of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, for a term of three (3) years commencing March 30, 2009; and (
b) fix the remuneration of Nancy Ann Cochrane at $400 per day while attending to the business of acting as Chair of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out her duties for an appeal panel.
