OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated September 13, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 96A of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting public education about fetal alcohol syndrome in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after September 14, 2005.
