OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, confirm and ratify the actions of the following Ministers: To be Acting Minister of Community Services, Acting Minister of Communications Nova Scotia and Acting Minister responsible for the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from 4:30 p.m., Thursday, November 6, 2008 until 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2008: the Honourable Chris d'Entremont; To be Acting Minister of Education from Friday, November 7, 2008 until Friday, November 14, 2008, inclusive: the Honourable Jamie Muir; To be Acting Minister of Health, Acting Minister of Acadian Affairs and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 9, 2008 until 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 10, 2008: the Honourable Angus MacIsaac; To be Acting Premier, Acting President of the Executive Council and Acting Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs from approximately 8:00 a.m. until approximately 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2008: the Honourable Angus MacIsaac; To be Acting Minister of Community Services, Acting Minister of Communications Nova Scotia and Acting Minister responsible for the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from 5:30 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2008 until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 16, 2008: the Honourable Chris d'Entremont; and To be Acting Minister of Economic Development, Acting Minister responsible for InNOVAcorp, Acting Minister responsible for Nova Scotia Business Inc., Acting Minister responsible for Film Nova Scotia, Trade Centre Ltd., Waterfront Development Corporation and the Atlantic Gateway Initiative from 12:16 a.m., Sunday, November 16, 2008 until approximately 4:47 p.m., Thursday, November 20, 2008: the Honourable Jamie Muir.
