177 KALAMALKA LAKE PARK
All that parcel or tract of Crown Land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Osoyoos Division of Yale District and lying within the following described boundaries:
Firstly: Lot 8 and 9 of District Lot 55, Plan 1773, except thereout, from said Lot 8, Plan A10869, and from said Lot 9, Plan 26072;
Secondly: In Township 9;
that portion of
Section 1 described as the West 1/2 of the northwest 1/4;
those portions of
Section 2 described as the East 1/2 and the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4, the North 1/2 and the southwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4, and the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4; and those portions of
Section 3 described as the Fractional northeast 1/4 and the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4, and the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4; and

Kennedy Lake East Site
Commencing at the southeast corner of District Lot 2079, being a point on the natural boundary of Kennedy Lake, on the southerly shore thereof;
thence northerly and westerly along the easterly and northerly boundaries of said Lot 2079 to the northwest corner thereof;
thence southwesterly in a straight line to a point, due North, 500 metres, from the northwest corner of
Section 71 (Alberni) and being the northeast corner of
Part 4 of the reserve for Pacific Rim National Park, signed and approved March 2, 1993;
thence due South to the said northwest corner;
thence southerly along the westerly boundary of said
Section 71 (Alberni) to the northerly limit of the right of way of the Alberni-Tofino Highway No. 4;
thence in a general northeasterly direction along the northerly limit of the right of way of said Alberni-Tofino Highway No. 4 to a point thereon, said point being due South of the southeast corner of District Lot 2079;
thence due North to the said southeast corner, being the point of commencement; except thereout
Section 71, Alberni District (situated in Clayoquot District); and containing approximately 121.6 hectares (45.8 hectares of upland and 75.8 hectares of foreshore).
Kennedy Lake West Site
Commencing at the northeast corner of
Section 67 (Alberni);
thence southerly along the easterly boundary of said
Section 67 (Alberni) to a point thereon, said point being 300 metres perpendicularly distant from the natural boundary of Kennedy Lake, on the southwesterly shore thereof;
thence in a general northwesterly direction along a line drawn parallel to and 300 metres perpendicularly distant from said natural boundary to a point thereon, said point being the easterly boundary of the intersection of two travelled roads, said intersection being due West 10 metres and due South 10 metres, more or less, from the northeast corner of District Lot 1397;
thence in a general northeasterly direction along the easterly boundary of the road branching past the northwest corner of District Lot 1397 and continuing to a point thereon, said point being due East 230 metres and due North 340 metres, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot;
thence due East 240 metres, more or less, to the natural boundary of Kennedy Lake, on the westerly shore thereof;
thence southeasterly on a bearing of 168º , a distance of 780 metres;
thence due East to a point, said point being due North of the northeast corner of
Section 67 (Alberni) and being the westerly boundary of
Part 4 of the reserve for Pacific Rim National Park, (signed and approved March 2, 1993);
thence due South to the northeast corner of
Section 67 (Alberni), being the point of commencement; except thereout Sections 66 and 67, Alberni District (situated in Clayoquot District); and containing approximately 136.2 hectares (57.7 hectares of upland and 78.5 hectares of foreshore).

180 KENNEDY RIVER BOG PARK
All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Clayoquot District and lying within the following described boundaries:
Commencing at a point 501 metres North and 882 metres East, more or less, from the northeast corner of Lot 1423, said point also being on the westerly limit of an unnamed road right of way, said unnamed road right of way intersecting the northerly limit of the right of way of the Kennedy River Road at a point 23 metres North and 945 metres East, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423;
thence due North to the natural boundary of Kennedy River on the left bank thereof;
thence in a general northwesterly direction along the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof to a point 78 metres West and 1.130 kilometres North, more or less. from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423;
thence southwesterly on a bearing of 269º 30' a distance of 239 metres, more or less, to a point on the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof, said point being 317 metres West and 1.128 kilometres North, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423;
thence in a general westerly direction along the natural boundary of said Kennedy River on the left bank thereof to a point 394 metres West and 1.122 kilometres North, more or less, from the northeast corner of said Lot 1423;

thence due South 269 metres, more or less, to the northerly limit of the right of way of aforesaid Kennedy River Road, said point being due East of the northeast corner of said Lot 1497;
thence in a general southeasterly direction along the northerly limit of the right of way of said Kennedy River Road to the intersection of the westerly limit of the right of way of aforesaid unnamed road;

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kamloops Division of Yale District described as:

District Lot 1538, except the northerly 201.16 metres thereof; and that part described as commencing at a point on the west boundary of District Lot 1538, said point lying 201.16 metres south of the northwest corner of said lot;
thence due East a distance of 523 metres;
thence South 40º West a distance of 724.2 metres;
thence North 30º West a distance of 100.58 metres, more or less, to the west boundary of District Lot 1538;

183 KHUTZEYMATEEN PARK [a.k.a. Khutzeymateen /K'tzim-a-deen Grizzly Sanctuary]
All those parcels of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 5, Coast District and contained within the following described area:
Commencing at the summit of Tide Mountain, being a point on the easterly boundary of the watershed of Mouse Creek;
thence in a general northerly direction along the easterly boundary of the watershed of Mouse Creek to the intersection with the northerly boundary of the watershed of Kateen River;
thence in a general easterly, southerly and westerly direction along the northerly, easterly and southerly watershed boundaries of Kateen River, passing through the summits of Cordierite Crag and Mount Hodgkinson, to the intersection with the westerly boundary of the watershed of Exchamsiks River;
thence in a general southerly direction along the westerly boundary of the watershed of Exchamsiks River to the intersection with the southerly boundary of the watershed of Khutzeymateen River;
thence in a general westerly direction along the southerly boundaries of the watersheds of Khutzeymateen River, Larch Creek and Cedar Creek, passing through Mount Campagnolo, to the intersection with the westerly boundary of the watershed of Cedar Creek;
thence in a general northerly direction along the westerly boundary of the watershed of Cedar Creek and continuing westerly along the southerly boundary of the watershed of Khutzeymateen Inlet to the summit of an unnamed mountain, said summit being approximately 4.4 kilometres due South and 6.6 kilometres due West of the northwest corner of District Lot 3966, being Khutzeymateen Indian Reserve Number 49;
