Order in Council 680/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1805/2017, dated September 6, 2017, William Ronald Hackett was reappointed as a member of City of Kingston Police Services Board for a period of two years effective September 6, 2017;

AND

WHEREAS William Ronald Hackett has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

THEREFORE pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1805/2017, dated September 6, 2017, reappointing William Ronald Hackett as a member of the City of Kingston Police Services Board, is hereby revoked from the date this Order in Council is made.
