OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated February 13, 2018, and pursuant to
Article 6 of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated the 1 st day of May, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as amended on November 10, 2004, March 6, 2012 and June 12, 2012, is pleased to reappoint Cathy Rankin as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund for a further term of 3 years commencing March 10, 2018.
