On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, despite Order in Council 409/2015, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP is appointed auditor of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia for

(

a) the fiscal year that begins on January 1, 2016 and ends on March 31, 2017, and

(

b) the 2017/2018 fiscal year.
