On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Theresa McGee of Scarborough be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the later of February 28, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending February 27, 2023.
