I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that paragraph b. of

Schedule A of B.C. Reg. 287/88 is amended

(

a) by striking out the following:

SULPHURETS CREEK – Skeena Mining Division, Cassiar Land District and Atlin Electoral District.

All that portion of the Sulphurets Creek watershed as shown outlined in black on the attached sketch. , and

(

b) by substituting the following:

SULPHURETS-MITCHELL CREEK VALLEY – Skeena Mining Division, Cassiar Land District

All that portion of the Sulphurets Creek watershed shown as site number 1006555 on an electronic map in the registry.
