Order in Council 339/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sharyn Vincent of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Sharyn Vincent was reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending June 26, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1846/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1846/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
