OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated March 22, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2000, the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act, is pleased to appoint Brad Crewe, Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, of Truro, Colchester County, as Secretary of the Nova Scotia Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission for a term of office of three years commencing March 1, 2001, and ending February 29, 2004.
