OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 25, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2002-286 dated June 17, 2002, which Order established the Department of Energy, is pleased, effective August 6, 2002, to appoint Danny L. McFadyen of Regina, Saskatchewan, to be Deputy Minister of Energy.
