OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 25EA of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Chris d'Entremont as Minister of Acadian Affairs, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2003-377 dated August 18, 2003; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Office of Acadian Affairs to the Honourable Chris d'Entremont, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Acadian Affairs.
