On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Melvin Crystal of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective May 3, 2022.
