CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Insurance Act (Assented to April 21, 1972) Rev. Stat. c.143,

section amended

Section of The Saskatchewan Insurance Act is amended: (

a) by numbering the

section as subsection (1) of that section; and (

b) by adding thereto immediately after subsection (1) thereof the following subsection: “(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a licence fee of a municipal corporation where the council of the municipal corporation has, by bylaw under the authority of the Act governing the municipal corpor ation, provided that the tax in respect of the business of insurance or for acting as an adjuster shall be deemed to be that licence fee”. 1972, c.110, s.1.
