Order in Council 786/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , as amended, Tim Beckett be appointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending on November 12, 2021.
