Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated May 28, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989 is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of the parcels of surplus lands, PIDs 85077667, 85048999, 85048981, 85048957 and 85047769 more particularly shown on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Cape Smokey Holding Ltd for $370,000.00; (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the land hereinabove described, and; (

c) authorize the Minister of Business and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
